Amanda Schleede, CEO
Amanda has over twenty-five years of healthcare-focused experience within the management consulting, service, and venture capital worlds. Amanda is an entrepreneur at heart, previously managing multiple portfolio companies for a Chicago based venture capital group and then branching out on her own to create Consult27, focused on providing consulting services for early to mid-stage companies that need to implement business infrastructure and processes around human resources, compliance and risk management.
Molly Higgins, RN BSN
Molly has been an Oncology Nurse for nearly 20 years and is most grateful for the lasting relationships she has gained from caring for patients and families during their journeys with cancer. She is passionate about Nursing Innovation and finding new and creative ways to bring the best care to patients and families. She is also the co-founder of Caring for a Cure, a nonprofit organization serving oncology patients at Massachusetts General Hospital.
Kelly Ayala, DNP, APNP, BSN
Kelly is a doctorally prepared primary care nurse practitioner. She is a learn-it-all and nerd who enjoys things like creating process maps in her free time and looking for patterns to improve care for patients, particularly underserved or marginalized communities. She needs Hear Now to work for her patients who may not have access to the internet but need to connect with their loved ones.
Sabine Clasen
Sabine is a Certified Hospice and Palliative Nurse with experience working in the community and acute care hospitals. Currently, I am also a student in the Ph.D. program in the college of nursing, University of Massachusetts Amherst.As a nurse, I am very passionate about communication and understand that we all want to stay connected to our family and loved ones – even more so in times of illness and separation. I joined the nurse innovation hackathon “NurseHack4Health” in 2020 to help solve COVID-19 pandemic related problems and met my fellow innovators Kelly and Molly. In my free time I enjoy reading, indoor gardening, and biking.
Paul Robke
Paul Robke has been in software development for over 20 years with start-ups as well as Fortune 50 companies. He began his career as a DBA with Coca-Cola and the last 12 years with Beckon Dickinson and Novartis Health. He is dedicated to putting innovation in the hands of problem solvers, breaking down the technology barrier and unlocking innovation in healthcare. Paul wants to make amazing technology available and usable to the people that have the solutions to problems that will change the lives of so many. Technology becomes far more powerful and innovative if more people have access to it. Better, Faster, Smarter software for everyone . . . is what we do.
Linny Alleman
Linny is an amazing designer focusing on the UI/UX design of the application and user experience. Her keen eye for design and clarity brings ease to the use of the application and client experience. Linny has worked closely with the team to create a unique experience for all users.
