How is this different from Facebook Or other social media platforms?

Hear Now is a platform that allows for one-way communication, so there is no expectation for the recipient to respond. Additionally, unlike any social media platform, there is a way for a staff to access your account in the event that you are unable to.

Do I need to be signed up before I go into the hospital?

No. Many medical settings/facilities have enterprise accounts with Hear Now and can provide you with access to the platform once you’ve been admitted. Additionally, you can sign-up at any time or when you’re in need of our services.

What happens to the messages after they are played?

Messages can be deleted or saved based on personal preference. There are many instances where it would beneficial for patients to be able to hear all of the compiled messages that were received during their hospital stay at a later date. Additionally, the more messages saved, the longer the ‘loop’ feature.

How do you handle refunds when a provider provides access to an enterprise package
and they’ve already signed up for a personal account?
