What are the use cases?

  • Any patient/client/resident who is admitted to any care facility and wants to have the option of unlimited messages from loved ones.  

  • Any person who wants to stay connected to their loved ones who is in one of these care facilities. 

  • Inpatient setting - can be used in any and all units of the hospital including pediatric units, Intensive Care units, Post Anestesia Care units, Medical Surgical units, Oncology/Bone Marrow Transplant, and Palliative Care (ICU, PACU, BMT, etc).  Also can be used in Memory Care Units, Nursing Homes, and Long Term Care facilities. 

  • Outpatient setting - can be used for any outpatient appointment or procedure including same day surgery or procedure.  Can be used during outpatient appointments including  blood transfusions, chemotherapy, radiation etc.  This also includes  pediatric outpatient appointments.

What are the options?

  • Sign up for a one month, 6 month, or yearly rate.

  • With each of these options, you are offered the standard 10 “invitations” to specific loved ones. You can upgrade this to 20, 50 or unlimited for an additional cost.

What is the cost associated with the options?

  • We provide monthly, semi-yearly/6 months and yearly memberships and upgrade options.
